Country Club East home sells for $799,000

This Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch home, which has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,594 square feet of living area, sold for $799,000.

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Daniel and Kathryn Roche, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 15512 Linn Park Terrace to Steven and Stacy Goodwin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $799,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,594 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Richard and Renni Korsmeyer, of Old Lyme, Conn., sold their home at 13950 Siena Loop to James and Francesca Matthews, of Lakewood Ranch, for $525,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,325 square feet of living area.

Rosedale Highlands
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 4942 96th St. E. to Timothy and Addie Ford, of Bradenton, for $549,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $915,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Dean Consiglio and Stephanie Bank-Consiglio, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6531 Coopers Hawk Court to Barry and Amy Shuck, of Hartland, Wis., for $465,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,876 square feet of living area.

Craig and Charmaine Pontlitz, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6384 Golden Eye Glen to Michael and Sheila Lynch, of Commack, N.Y., for $258,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $351,600 in 2006.

Planters Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Joseph and Sandra Otto, of Bradenton, sold their home at 644 Planters Manor Way to Jeremiah Woehnker, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $362,300. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,652 square feet of living area.

Central Park
William and Dawn Dixon, of Ponte Vedra, sold their home at 4844 Boston Common Glen to Justin and Jolyn Kroush, of University Park, for $358,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,800 in 2012.

Olga Geleta, of Ontario, Canada, sold her home at 11822 Forest Park Circle to Peter Geleta, of Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $209,700 in 2012.

Tidewater Preserve
WCI Communities LLC sold the home at 1240 Tidewater Court to Dale and Jean Hoover, of Bradenton, for $354,700. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area.

Rosedale
Joseph and Theresa Casale, of Scottsdale, Ariz., sold their home at 5251 88th St. E. to Peter and Diane James, of Ontario, Canada, for $350,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2011.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Douglas and Martha Nooney, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9047 Willowbrook Circle to David McClintic and Marilyn Sant, of Seven Fields, Pa., for $285,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,233 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2011.

Thomas and Shirley Scarbrough, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8116 Haven Harbour Way to John and Jane Overstreet, of Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,000 in 2004.

Mercedes Wall, trustee, of Naples, sold the home at 6915 45th Terrace E. to Kenneth and Virginia Roland, of Sarasota, for $274,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2008.

River Sound
John and Maria MacGloan, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5319 Aqua Breeze Drive to Brenton Stalnaker, of Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,800 in 2011.

Miramar Lagoons at Lakewood Ranch
Cecelia Cochran, of Palm Beach, sold her Unit 203 condominium at 8363 Miramar Way to Lisa Kelly, of Lakewood Ranch, for $220,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2006.

Summerfield Village
SPE #68 LLC sold the home at 12345 Wood Sage Terrace to Larry and Peggy McKinney, of Lakewood Ranch, for $210,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2004.

Vantium REO Capital Markets LP sold the home at 7233 Spencer Parrish Road to Patricia Sheperd, of Parrish, for $250,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,000 in 2003.

Guillermo and Blanca Cruz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 11472 57th St. E. to Kirk and Kim Coyle, of Parrish, for $230,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,467 square feet of living area.
