OPEN-DOOR POLICY
2:23 a.m. — 2100 block of Fourth Street
Suspicion: A woman was sitting on her porch when she noticed a man walking through the neighborhood and attempting to open up car doors. When the man attempted to open her car door, she yelled at him. She said that startled him, and the man walked away from the area. She said the man was wearing dark clothes, white gloves and a black ski mask, but she saw him before he put on the ski mask and was able to give a description of his face.

Officers canvassed the area but were unable to locate anyone matching the description given. There were two other women sitting at a nearby driveway, and they said they did not see anyone walking around the neighborhood. An officer advised the woman to call again if the man returned to the area.
