The following information was gathered from incident and arrest reports obtained from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

HERITAGE HARBOUR
 July 2

6 p.m. — 6500 block of Anchor Loop. Criminal mischief. The complainant reported four of the five lug nuts had been removed from the right front tire of his vehicle. He stated he drove the vehicle to work, and upon arrival, the right front tire came off, causing damage to the front right quarter panel and hub. The complainfound one lug nut that had snapped off in the parking lot. He also stated he has had problems with members of gangs in the community and is concerned the incident was retaliatory.

LAKEWOOD RANCH
 Reported June 29

3 p.m. — 8100 block of Lakewood Ranch Main Street. Grand theft. The complainant reported a lumber order was received from the suspect and filled. After signing for the product, the suspect disputed and reversed the charges for the product, causing the victim to lose money. The suspect has been contacted numerous times and has not attempted to return the product.

5:22 p.m. — 15400 block of Linn Park Terrace. Burglary. The complainant reported an unknown person entered an open garage and took 78 tiles. A vehicle was observed entering and leaving the security gate with the tiles on the back of the truck as it left the property. A video of the vehicle entering the premises was available.

RIVER CLUB
 July 4 

2 p.m. — 6700 block of Oakmont Way. Burglary to unoccupied dwelling. Unknown suspect(s) entered the unlocked lanai door on the south side of the house without permission. Once inside the lanai, the suspect(s) forcibly entered a sliding glass door by prying it open with an unknown object. Once inside the residence, the suspect(s) appeared to have gone in all of the rooms in the house, ransacking two of the rooms. The suspect(s) stole several items from various rooms in the house and then fled in an unknown direction by unknown means. A neighbor reportedly saw a black Impala in front of the victim’s residence earlier that day.

SUMMERFIELD
 July 5

2:30 p.m. — 6500 block of Deerberry Court. Burglary. Unknown person(s) forcibly entered the complainant’s residence by prying open the two rear sliding glass doors. Once inside, the person(s) removed several items.

UNIVERSITY PINES
 July 3

8:30 p.m. — 8400 block of Brandeis Circle West. Burglary to conveyance. Unknown person(s) attempted to forcibly enter the motor vehicle in an effort to steal visible market electronics, including a GPS and a satellite radio.

OTHER
 June 30

6:30 p.m. — 2911 53rd Ave. E. (Wal-Mart). Possession of a controlled substance. The suspect entered the store and paid for some items. He then proceeded to the electronic department and cut items off a peg with a knife from a money clip. The suspect then proceeded to exit the store and was stopped by security. He was escorted back to the office and tried to run from security. The suspect was handcuffed and taken to the office. While in the office, the responding deputy found an oxycodone pill in a pocket of his jeans. The suspect was then transported to the station for transport.

8 p.m. — 2911 53rd Ave. E. (Wal-Mart). Retail theft. The suspect concealed a digital camera in her purse and proceeded to pass all points of sale and exit the store. The value of the camera is $99.
