The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 28 and Oct. 31.

A condominium in Siesta Towers tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Becca Properties LLC sold the Unit PH-C condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Michael and Dianne Morey, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1983.

SARASOTA
One Hundred Central

Thomas and Cheryl Walker, of Sarasota, sold their Unit F-1012 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Georgia McGurl, trustee, of York, Maine, for $790,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2012.

Granada
Stephen Perez, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3538 Almeria Ave. to Robert Pisano and Tasa Kvistad, of Somerville, Mass., for $750,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,608 square feet of living area.

Harbor House
James and Mary Tillman, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 31 condominium at 174 Golden Gate Point to Donald and Linda Bruns, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,269 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,000 in 1986.

Matheny
Pamela Hastings sold two homes at 1739 Floyd St. to Robert and Pamela Meade, of Englewood, for $460,000. The first home, built in 1967, has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,742 square feet of living area. The second house, built in 1965, has one bedroom, one bath and 378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,000 in 1986. They previously sold for $95,000 in 1992.

Sunrise Lane
Sue Ruhle, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1683 Sunrise Lane to Ann-Marie Stephenson, of Pasadena, Calif., for $355,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,552 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,000 in 2012.

South Gate
Deborah Bjorklund, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2475 Wisteria St. to Mark Sarason and Todd Hudson, of Sarasota, for $294,500. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,820 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 2001.

Mission Property Partners LLC sold the home at 2609 Bigelow Drive to Krishen Greenwell and Christina Pitchford, of Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1962, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,777 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1996.

William Benner, of Sarasota, sold his home at 3420 Mineola Drive to Francisco Montav, of Sarasota, for $230,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,656 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,900 in 2001.

George Hartzell, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2545 Wisteria St. to Daniel and Cortney Williams, of Sarasota, for $211,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,600 in 2005.

Judith Drohlich, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 170 condominium at 1627 Clower Creek Drive to Nancy Drohlich, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,807 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2010.

John Serafin II, trustee, of Livingston, Texas, sold the home at 6616 Bowline Drive to Christopher and Emily Savoca, of Sarasota, for $249,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,900 in 1989.
Margaret Medeiros, of Sarasota, sold her home at 2711 Gulf Gate Drive to Sandra Pree, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area.

Siesta Beach Front LLC sold the Unit 508 condominium at 5750 Midnight Pass Road to Edward Jordan and Donna Jordan, trustees, of Sudbury, Mass., for $750,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,112,000 in 2007.

Tortoise Estates
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 1280 Tree Bay Lane to Hanif Sarangi, of Haltom City, Texas, for $570,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,487 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2005.

The Pointe on Midnight Pass
Ellis Hyman sold his Unit 901 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Mark and Norine Eckstrom, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $772,000 in 2005.

Siesta Isles
Henry Westendarp and Peter Westendarp, trustees, sold the home at 5563 Cape Aqua Drive to Paul Hineman, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,589 square feet of living area.

Sunset Royale
Lisa Braaksma, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 216 condominium at 711 Beach Road to JMA Investments LLC for $464,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 927 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,500 in 1986.
