The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 3 and Feb. 7.

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bernard and Shirley Sussman sold their Unit B-104 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to Margaret Hopkins, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1,637,500. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,115 square feet of living area.

Sabal Cove
ASPESIS LLC sold the home at 3347 Sabal Cove Way to Donald and Ann Decarbo, of New Castle, Pa., for $1.2 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,000 in 2009.

Harbour Court
Deborah Colebrook Marques and Michael Colebrook, trustees, of Conway, N.H., sold the home at 2252 Harbour Court Drive to Robert and Nancy Whitacre, of Indianapolis, for $999,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $680,000 in 1990.

Bay Isles
Ronald Ribnik and Susan Strong-Ribnik, of Morristown, N.J., sold their home at 3290 Bayou Sound to Jerry and Pamela Brabant, of Longboat Key, for $820,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $735,000 in 2009.

Harbour Oaks
Michael and Barbara Kilbride, of Cleveland, S.C., sold their home at 2352 Harbour Oaks Drive to Martin and Hope Zawatsky, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,487 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 1987.

Westchester
James and Patricia Marchini, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Aldona Valicenti, of Lexington, Ky., for $575,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1998.

Privateer North
Barnaby and Lois Ross, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Charles Kupiec, of Whitesboro, N.Y., for $375,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 1995.

Casa del Mar
M-P Enterprises Inc. sold the Unit 14 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Theresa Stephen, of Ontario, Canada, for $340,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2005.

Longboat Harbour
Randall and Lori Burgan, of Lithia, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to Ulf and Jan Langgard, of Lawrence, Kansas, for $258,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2008.

Brian Miggletto, of Cherokee, Okla., sold the Unit 715 condominium at 1104 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Thomas Ghezzi and Susan Guarino-Ghezzi, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2013.
