Condo at Beach Residences sells for $3.8 million

Residential real estate transactions for Feb. 10-14.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Maurice Cunniffe and Carolyn Dursi Cunniffe, of Greenwich, Conn., sold their Unit 1102 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James and Sandra Dixon, of Johns Creek, Ga., for $3,775,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.7 million in 2014.

John Ringling Estates

James Pippen, of Marriottsville, Md., sold his home at 453 Polk Drive to Hugh and Cynthia Ray, of Sarasota, for $2,375,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,534 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.05 million in 2006.

Bird Key

CCSHORESWATERFRONT LLC sold the home at 460 Pheasant Drive to Mark and Lisa Vengroff, of Bradenton, for $1,749,000. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,356 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,749,000 in 2019.

Trudinger Inc. sold the home at 646 Mourning Dove Drive to Daniel and Charlotte Carroll, of Odessa, Texas, for $1,285,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,487 square feet of living area. It sold for $561,000 in 1997.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Donna Kaminski, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 406 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sean and Jacqueline Smith, of Xenia, Ohio, for $1.1 million. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,665 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 1999.

Sleepy Lagoon Park

Charles Perkins, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 718 Lyons Lane to Dennis and Kelly Dowiak, of Wexford, Pa., for $665,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,044 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores

Carmine and Victoria Astuto, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 1170 Bogey Lane to Markus and Ingrid Summers, of Longboat Key, for $580,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,429 square feet of living area. It sold for $195,000 in 1996.

Sand Cay

Walter and Jill Stroink, of Bloomington, Ill., sold their Unit 108 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lourue Ventures LLC for $465,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2008.

Kingston Arms

Lee Abrahamson, trustee, of Clearwater, sold the Unit 23-A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Viran and Davina Ranasinghe, of Silver Spring, Md., for $455,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $452,000 in 2019.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Deborah Pendleton, of Bradenton, sold her Unit 27 condominium at 717 Spanish Drive N. to Kevin and Kathryn Price, of Ashland, Mass., for $270,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It sold for $88,000 in 1993.

Longboat Pass Condominiums

Jon Rubinstein, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 6 condominium at 380 N. Shore Road to Darryl and Teresa Derwort, of Odessa, for $225,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 512 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 2012.
