The board of the Colony Beach & Tennis Association will meet this weekend to decide on its recommended redeveloper of the shuttered resort.

According to an email sent by association president Jay Yablon to unit owners, the board will make its recommendation and shortly thereafter hold a special owners’ meeting.

Last month, the board narrowed the pool of contestants down to four: those presented by Colony unit owner Andy Adams and his AdamsMark LLC; Arendee Colony, represented by Randy Langley and David Siegal; Club Holdings/Quintess, a private club network of luxury accommodations; and the Naples-based Coral Hospitality, a full-service hospitality management-and-investment company.

At least 75% of unit owners must approve a proposal for it to move forward.
