Cocoanut Bayou home sells for $1.8 million

A home in Cocoanut Bayou tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Katherine Walker, of Sarasota, sold their home at 244 Cedar Park Circle to Philip and Rhonda Fioret, of Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 1998.

Eric Zampol and Tiffany Pitre-Zampol, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 6 condominium at 1330 Main St. to Safety Harbor Assets LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,954 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2014.

Isles of Sarasota

John and Jennifer McClearn, trustees, sold the home at 6138 Belina Court to Eli and Sheila Finkelstein, of Sarasota, for $619,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $517,600 in 2013. 

OSPREY

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club

Michael and Sharon Bense sold their home at 1532 Southbay Drive to Robert and Rhonda Burlile, of Osprey, for $819,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2011.

Patricia Blackburn and Theodore Blackburn sold their home at 1405 Oak St. to Timothy and Dawne Erhart, of Chanhassen, Minn., for $1.25 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2000.

James and Stacie O’Neil, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1313 Bay Road to John and Geraldine Fallon, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,335 square feet of living area.
