A home in Cocoanut Bayou tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Wendy Shusko, of Sarasota, sold their home at 271 Cedar Park Circle to Barry and Gwendolyn Messer, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1953, it has six bedrooms, six and two and a half baths, a pool and 6,033 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2011.

SARASOTA: $1.25 million

The Landings
Robert and Claudia Silverman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4968 N. Kestral Park Way to Albert Ford II, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 1984, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,292 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $648,000 in 2000.

PALMER RANCH: $645,000

Prestancia
Joan Florian, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4117 Boca Pointe Drive to Andrew and Deborah Magliolo, of St. Pete Beach, for $645,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two and two half baths, a pool and 3,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 1997.

OSPREY: $930,000

Oaks
Lance and Linda Turner, of Sarasota, sold their home at 307 Osprey Point Drive to Thomas and Claudia Latona, of Osprey, for $930,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,709 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $940,000 in 2003.

Desota Park
Philip and Michelle Carroll, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1914 Clematis St. to Christopher and Susan Greco, of Sarasota, for $1,005,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,423 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $203,800 in 2010.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 621 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Biller Brothers LLC for $746,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,052 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $798,500 in 2004. 

Alinari
David and Alberta Leach, of Vail, Colo., sold their Unit 325 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to William and Pamela Kiehl, of Mountville, Pa., for $550,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, two and a half baths and 2,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2007.

South Highland
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 1810 Worrington St. to Eric Shafer, of Sarasota, for $524,500. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,421 square feet of living area. 

Phillippi Gardens
Barbara Jarabek, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5412 America Drive to Daniel Delisle, of Sarasota, for $495,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,843 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1987.

Pelican Cove
Gail Humphrey and Elizabeth Eriksen, of Perry, N.Y., sold their Unit 193 condominium at 1519 Pelican Point Drive to William Gordon, of Montclair, N.J., for $395,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1995.

Coral Cove
Robert Steinway, of Boulder, Colo., sold his home at 1833 Pandora Drive to Tatiana Feinberg, of Sarasota, for $369,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,900 in 2011.

Aqualane Estates
Norma Fryer, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6030 Hollywood Blvd. to Accent Construction Services Inc. for $350,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $73,500 in 1978.

Sapphire Shores
Guillermo Marin and Beatriz Martinez, of Sarasota, sold their home at 427 S. Shore Drive to Jorge Florez, of Hialeah, for $348,000. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2005.

Gulf Gate Woods
Rokhouse LLC sold the home at 7319 Biltmore Drive to Pamela and Daniel Akey, of Belchertown, Mass., for $312,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in April.

Richard A. and Marcia Honish, of Kansas City, sold their home at 7331 Bounty Drive to Richard C. Honish and Rhona Bohan, of Sarasota, for $238,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,689 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,000 in 2008.

South Gate
Jerome and Sue Ann Levin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2628 Bougainvillea St. to Sarah Hryniewicz, of Sarasota, for $278,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2005.

Michael Frantz and Rebecca Hale, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2420 Tangerine Drive to Scott Shortt, of Sarasota, for $229,900. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,500 in 2002.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 2826 Bentley St. to Thuy Bich Doan, of Sarasota, for $222,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,479 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $77,000 in 1997.

Steven Fasano, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 2 condominium at 1740 Alderman St. to Randy and Vanessa Stull, of Sarasota, for $277,300. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,264 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2002.

Edward and Lucinda Smith, of Atlanta, sold their home at 89 Avenida Messina to Les and Marsha Dunbar, of Portsmouth, R.I., for $825,000. Built in 1952, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $731,000 in 2006.

Midnight Cove II
Martin and Frances Stuttman, of Redding, Conn., sold their Unit 940 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to Mary Martin, of Bellevue, Switzerland, for $510,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $169,000 in 1990.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Frederick and Susan Wade, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 416 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Anthony and Melissa Sparacio, of Oceanside, N.Y., for $345,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $232,000 in 2000.

Horizons West
Steven Dauby and Sean O’Connor, of Carmel, Ind., sold their Unit 110 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Massala Properties LLC and Cemal Ozdemir, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1967, it has one bedroom, one bath and 848 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2005.

Deer Creek
William and Meredith Schenck, trustees, of Osprey, sold the home at 4758 Antler Trail to Christopher and Nancy Miller, of Frankfort, Ky., for $624,500. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in July.

Turtle Rock
Joseph and Christine Brann, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4720 Sweetmeadow Circle to Kelly and Stacy Dekeyser, of Simsbury, Conn., for $516,100. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2014.

La Vista
Russell and Marilyn Seifert, of Tyler, Texas, sold their home at 7500 Calle Facil to Lance and Linda Turner, of Sarasota, for $485,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2013.

Sunrise Golf Club Estates
Mark and T. Michelle Linthicum, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5701 Augusta Circle to Leonard Scattereggia, of Bradley Beach, N.J., for $259,900. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,000 in 1997.

Pinestone at Palmer Ranch
Peter and Maria Porcaro, of Smithtown, N.Y., sold their Unit 422 condominium at 4210 Breezeway Blvd. to Robert Dayton, of Sarasota, for $235,100. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,900 in 2012.

C. Manly Molpus and Pamela Simpson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 73 condominium at 7336 Regina Royale Blvd. to Stephen and Ann Marrier, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,648 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,000 in 2013.

Wellington Chase
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 6273 Donnington Court to Zu Yi Shi and Kam Yuk Wong, of Sarasota, for $231,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,100 in 1999.

Neal Feldman, trustee, and Lenore Feldman, of New Rochelle, N.Y., sold the home at 464 Blue Garden Lane to Michael and Carol Berry, of Osprey, for $635,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,608 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

Bay Street Village
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the Unit 104 condominium at 105 Navigation Circle to Nicola Demizio, of Osprey, for $211,600. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,135 square feet of living area.
