Culinary creep
 4:30 p.m. — 15200 block of Skip Jack Loop. Information report. The complainant reported that a white male in his 40s is going around the neighborhood saying that he is going to open a restaurant soon and he wants people to sample his food. The complainant stated the male is aggressive and he wants to go inside people’s residences to cook for them, so they can sample his food. The complainant stated that when she told home that he could not come into her house, the suspect became agitated and left.
