Christian Baseball League tryouts scheduled

The Sarasota Christian Baseball League will hold tryouts for spring baseball from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Jan. 23 and 30 at Fruitville Park, located off of Richardson Road and Honore Avenue in Sarasota. 

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with tryouts for Minors (8-10 years old) and Majors (10-12 years old) only at 9:30 a.m. Payment will be required during registration for those who have not already paid. Those trying out should bring a bat, glove and helmet and should wear baseball cleats if possible.
