Children enjoy end of summer bash

Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Suncoast hosted an end-of-summer fun day Saturday, Aug. 4., at Sun-N-Fun. Kids enjoyed swimming, competing on the aquatic obstacle course and sliding down the Hippo Slide, a three-and-a-half-story water slide. At the end of the event, each child was given a backpack full of donated school supplies so they could start of the school year prepared.
