Casey Key home sells for $2.3 million

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Christopher and Diann Hamilton, of Placida, sold their home at 508 S. Casey Key Road to James and Laly Ballard, of Redondo Beach, Calif., for $2,285,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath and 2,342 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,043,000 in 2014.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1023 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Faye Shaffer and William Copeland, of Sarasota, for $1.01 million.  Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It sold for $742,500 in 2003.

Camino Real

James Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4540 Camino Real to Nichols and Sara Ferguson, of Sarasota, for $915,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,760 square feet of living area.

One Watergate

William Reckdewald, as Plenary Guardian, of Monroe Township, N.J., sold the Unit 13E condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Michael and Deborah Ann Pucci, of Wexford, Pa., for $545,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It sold for $445,000 in 2013.

La Linda Terrace

Annthonia Prossi, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1630 S. School Ave. to Colton and Laura Castro, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,266 square feet of living area.

San Marco

Monica Lord, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 603 condominium at 1188 N. Tamiami Trail to Saumil Shukla, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath and 1,883 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in January.

River Pines

Jeffrey and Lynn Deuitch sold their home at 2831 River Pines Way to Harry Keagler and Carolyn Keagler, trustees, of Kirtland, Ohio, for $352,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,816 square feet of living area. It sold for $290,000 in 2014.

RGMO Services LLC sold the home at 2529 Bismark Way to Jorge Alberto Pagan De La Fuente and Yamilka Santiesteban, of Sarasota, for $265,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It sold for $155,000 in 2013.
