Casey Key home sells for $6.2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 1 and Sept. 5.

A home on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Katharine Lannamann, of Fairfield, Conn., sold their home at 2016 Casey Key Road to Tracie Langston, of Booneville, Miss., for $6.2 million. Built in 2010, it has six bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,783 square feet of living area.

SARASOTA
San Remo Estates
Conforto Tangier LLC sold the home at 1310 Tangier Way to W. Scot Lloyd, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,675,000 in 2008.

Fishermens Bay
Timothy Runge and Christy Woodall-Runge, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8835 Fishermens Bay Drive to James and Arleen Coates, of Sarasota, for $610,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,046 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2012.

Laurel Street
Bruce Franklin, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1646 Laurel St. to Pamela Diamond, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1920, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,322 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1997.

Ridgewood
Kevin and Jeanne Kane, of Annandale, N.J., sold their home at 2381 Florinda St. to Dustin Stroth and Nicole Kaney, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,439 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in March.

Midnight Pass Road
Justyna Clipper, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8415 Midnight Pass Road to Reed and Anne Copsey, of Osprey, for $2 million. Built in 1996, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,714 square feet of living area.

Siesta Villa
Georg and Anne Bohsack sold their Unit B condominium at 437 Beach Road to Voss Family Ltd. Partnership for $1,002,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2009.

Tortoise Estates
Edward and Carol Sherman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1132 Horizon View Drive to Marjorie Titunik, trustee, of Fairfax Station, Va., for $755,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area.

Jamaica Royale
Thomas Upton Jr., trustee, sold the Unit 603 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Crist Holdings LLC for $725,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,285 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Beach
Adam and Isabel Volpert sold their home at 5541 Avenida Del Mare to Beverly Bada, of Punta Gorda, for $610,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,100 in 2002.

Chander and Kanta Malik sold their home at 7808 Estrella Court to Manay Malik and Anupma Veera Malik, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,032 square feet of living area.

Marvin Rosen, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 9442 Cedar Ridge Lane to S. Chandler Sweetser Jr. and Susan Jewett, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,200 in 1998.

Alan and Barbara Dickinson, of Troy, Mich., sold their home at 8496 Woodbriar Drive to Robert Menson and Margo Waite, of Newport, R.I., for $495,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,454 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2013.

Gerard Critch, of Naples, sold his home at 5761 Ivrea Drive to Susan Hosmer, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2003.
Bruce Hess, Jennifer Stein-Hess and Jennifer Stein, of Ocean City, N.J., sold their home at 8865 Etera Drive to Parviz Daneshjoo, trustee, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,800 in 2005.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC sold the home at 1250 Connemaral Circle to Dean Ebert, of Nokomis, for $289,800. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,075 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2005.
