+ Three builders selected for The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch
Three of Sarasota’s most renowned locally owned and operated builders — Anchor Builders, Gilbraltar Homes and John Cannon Homes — have been exclusively selected to build in The Forest at Hi Hat Ranch.

The builders will focus primarily on The Forest’s no-repeat rule requirements of the Architectural Review Committee. Developers for the project want each of the homes to showcase the owner’s individual style, and, as a result, no two homes will be exactly alike.
