Fitness expert and part-time Longboat Key resident Mirabai Holland recently released “The Fabulous Forever” seven-DVD set. The set includes “The Fabulous Forever Easy Exercise Trilogy” and “The Fabulous Forever Level Two Trilogy,” both of which are three-DVD sets, “The Fabulous Forever Stretch and Tone” DVD and a 4-foot latex exercise band.

Holland is a trained dancer, who has focused on exercise for people with special needs since 1980.
