Lilly Pulitzer shares day’s profit with United Way

Lilly Pulitzer on St. Armands Circle held a profit share with United Way March 7, during which 10% of proceeds from sales went to United Way, which aims to break the cycle of generational poverty.

“It’s a good partnership because not only does it raise revenue, but it also promotes community awareness,” United Way Donor Relations Manager Carolyn Angiolillo said.

All proceeds will go toward the charity’s efforts in Sarasota County. 

Kepecz-Hays ranks No. 37 out of 42,500 agents

Judy Kepecz-Hays, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, ranked No. 37 for the fourth quarter of 2014 among NRT LLC’s 42,500 sales associates nationwide.

Kepecz-Hays was the No. 3-ranked Realtor in Sarasota County in 2014, with more than $45 million in sales, and has been named to Coldwell Banker’s Legends Society eight times. She focuses on Longboat, Lido and Bird keys and downtown Sarasota and is a luxury waterfront specialist.

Two Infinity units sell; four remain

Two units at the 11-unit Infinity condominium that’s currently under construction at 4765 Gulf of Mexico Drive sold in late February for an undisclosed price. With the latest sales, four units remain available. The units were listed for $3.3 million and $5.2 million. 

The project is slated for completion in late 2015 or early 2016. 

Positano unit sells for $3,033,000

Unit 101 at Positano condominium, 4955 Gulf of Mexico Drive, recently sold for $3,033,000.

The Kotaska Team of RE/MAX Alliance Group in Sarasota listed the unit. Developers Realty Inc. represented the buyer.

The unit has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, 3,123 square feet of living space, an elevator, two-and-a-half-car garage and private pool and spa.
