A home in Buccaneer Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anthony and Kareena Ditomaso, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7350 Captain Kidd Ave. to Farhan Majeed Umbreen Khalidi, of Sarasota, for $3,025,000. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,608 square feet of living area.

Vue

Peter and Kathleen Bradley, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1104 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to James Brown and Barbara Boykin, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,810 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,122,200 in 2017.

Ireneusz and Ewa Kotula, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1208 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to David and Marianne Kaplan, of New York City, for $1,275,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,608 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,015,400 in 2017.

David and Jennifer Risher, trustees, of San Francisco, sold the Unit 801 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Edward and Nancy Loke, trustees, of Highlands, N.C., for $970,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,901 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2016.

C.L. Swanson Corp. sold the home at 1502 Eastbrook Drive to Michael Dillon and Kelly Dillon, trustees, of Evergreen, Colo., for $575,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,891 square feet of living area. It sold for $538,500 in 2017.

LFI Holding Group LLC sold the home at 311 Ogden St. to Weiler Properties Ltd. for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,592 square feet of living area. It sold for $821,000 in 2016.

Thomas and Regina Mann, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 1280 Dolphin Way to Martin and Grace Rosman, of Sarasota, for $1 million. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.06 million in 2006.
