Bobby Jones offers holiday golf school

The city-owned Bobby Jones Golf Club is offering a holiday season junior golf school and a free round of golf in December.

A three-day junior golf school will be offered Dec.19-21 at the golf club, with golf professional Christian Martin. Enrolled students will receive a free round on the Gillespie Executive Course with a paid adult round on golf school days. A golf cart is not included with the free round.

Children ages seven to 15 may participate in golf school. The fee is $60 per student. The schools will be held December 19-21 and divided into age groups: Ages 7-10: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Ages 11-15: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
