A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donald Hackel, trustee, sold the home at 455 Meadow Lark Drive to Thomas and Marilyn Farello, of San Antonio, for $3.5 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet of living area. It sold for $287,500 in 1993.
Sabal Cove
Thomas and Bonnie Geyman sold their home at 3309 Sabal Cove Circle to John Teller and Barbara Teller, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,296 square feet of living area.
Grand Bay
Dennis and Kelley Hiller, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., sold their Unit 461 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Management Advisory Source LLC for $1.8 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.55 million in 2016.

Ronda Montminy, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit G1-106-A condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barbara Castiglia, of W. Falls, N.Y., for $754,900. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2004.
Longbeach on Longboat Key
Carolyn Ann Griffin and Mitchell Bodle, of Orlando, sold their home at 7057 Longboat Drive N. to Nancy Greenhouse and Patrick Canavan, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,999 square feet of living area. It sold for $170,000 in 1992.
Spanish Main Yacht Club
Nora Collis, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 67 condominium at 868 Spanish Drive N. to William Kopp, of Skaneateles, N.Y., for $610,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It sold for $365,000 in 2012.
Marilyn Jackson, of Plymouth, Minn., sold her Unit 125 condominium at 524 Spanish Drive S. to Michael Nink and Linda Olsen, of Longboat Key, for $202,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It sold for $470,000 in 2006.

Elizabeth Brown, of Sarasota, sold her home at 611 Hibiscus Way to Stefan Cushman, of St. Petersburg, for $565,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet of living area. Ild for $465,000 in 2013.
