Big Pass Lane home sells for $1.6 million

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 11 and June 15.

A home on Big Pass Lane tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Margie Trumbull, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 149 Big Pass Lane to W. David and M. Denise Sanders, of Bristol, Ind., for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,746,900 in 2007.

Royal Palm Harbor
John Klosner and Cindy Klosner Allen, trustees, and Sue Klosner sold the home at 1216 Northport Drive to CitiMortgage Inc. for $990,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1997.

Sarasota Beach
MAB Enterprises LLC sold the home at 431 Avenida De Mayo to Mary Babcock, trustee, of Coral Gables, for $745,500. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,477 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2008.

John and Robin Gonzalo, of Reading, Mass., sold their home at 5527 Avenida Del Mare to M.J. Allen Enterprise LLC for $545,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2006.

Gary Albanese and Doug Downey, of Sarasota, sold their home at 312 and 314 Canal Road to David and Sonila Cook, of Long Island, N.Y., for $401,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 1,792 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Marina Del Sol
Tomermo Inc. sold the Unit E-34 condominium at 1310 Old Stickney Point Road to James and Mary Stukel, of Chicago, for $675,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,512 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

Terrace East
Andrew Cooper, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 904 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Michael Guernier, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2005.

Gulf and Bay Club
Stephen and Marilyn Foster, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 411 condominium at 5770 Midnight Pass Road to Ron and Joan McDonald, of New Brunswick, Canada, for $550,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2002.

Harbour Towne
Harbour Towne Investments LC sold the Unit 122 condominium at 1321 Dockside Place to Walter and Mary Deskiewicz, of Phoenix, N.Y., for $475,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,217 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2005.

Siesta Cove
Bijan Nazar sold his home at 5353 Siesta Court to Gary and Marilyn Miller, of Orland Park, Ill., for $395,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,397 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $812,500 in 2005.

Midnight Cove II
Fred and Patricia Nielsen, of Lake Villa, Ill., sold their Unit 954 condominium at 1100 Midnight Cove II Place to Stephen Kesler, of Warsaw, Ind., for $365,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1988.

Stephen Theofanous, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 822 condominium at 6370 Midnight Cove Road to Daniel and Stephanie Oliver, of Moline, Ill., for $245,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,700 in 2007.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
Karen Spade, Mark Tumuity and Douglas Tumuity, trustees, and Robert and Catherine Chitty sold the Unit 208 condominium at 6267 Midnight Pass Road to William and Mary Rath, of Cincinnati, for $330,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $67,000 in 2009.

Boca Siesta
Hope McCampbell, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 304 condominium at 5911 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Debra Frey, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2004.

Bay Oaks
John and Kathleen Bartlett sold their Unit A-31 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Federal National Mortgage Association for $272,900. Built in 1975, it has one bedroom, one bath and 690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2001.

Vista Hermosa
David Ferrell and John Landsiedel, of Dayton, Ohio, sold their Unit 4-A condominium at 111 Vista Hermosa Circle to Karl Beide and Suzanne Beide, trustees, of Elgin, Ill., for $215,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $97,000 in 1994.
