The following residential real-estate transactions took place between June 11 and June 15.

A condominium in Beau Ciel tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey and Bonnie Lawenda, trustees, sold the Unit 904 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael and Faith Goldman, of Wilmington, Del., for $1.2 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,277,000 in 2003.

SARASOTA
Tower Residences
Selene Rmof II Reo Acquisition II LLC sold the Unit 1506 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to 0429 LLC for $1,147,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2011.

Condominium on the Bay
Olene and Robert Blazekovic, of Fort Myers, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Peter and Nancy Gaess, of Fairport, N.Y., for $465,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1996.

Toscano
205 Golden Gate Point LLC sold the Unit 302 condominium at 205 Golden Gate Point to Gregory and Shelley Markus, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area.

Landings Treehouse
Sander and Harriet Feldman sold their Unit 26 condominium at 1380 Landings Point to Jenny Christensson, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2007.

Granada
Andrew Klein, trustee, of Vienna, Va., sold the home at 3519 Jacinto Court to Anna Jazayeri, of Sarasota, for $248,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $74,900 in 1986.

Idle Lane
Paul Petrolina, of Montgomery, Pa., sold his home at 1636 Idle Lane to Joseph and Susan Cavar, of Trumbull, Conn., for $225,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,610 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 2011.

PALMER RANCH
Wellington Chase
Michael and Alexandra Abel sold their home at 6287 Buckingham St. to Federal National Mortgage Association for $286,700. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,698 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,200 in 1997.

Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch
Ann Forwand, of Sarasota, sold her home at 7065 Del Lago Drive to Irwin and Arlene Horowitz, of Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $257,000 in 2000.

Lorne and Julia Clark, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 3738 Castellon Court to Debra Paulet, of Dayton, Ohio, for $225,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,740 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2008.

Arielle on Palmer Ranch
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the Unit 701 condominium at 7002 Prosperity Circle to Salim and Almas Kanji, of Ontario, Canada, for $221,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,500 in 2005.

Brian Binyon sold the Unit 1303 condominium at 7134 Prosperity Circle to Truman and Teresa Rogers, of E. Northport, N.Y., for $212,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $297,000 in 2004.

OSPREY
Sorrento East
Doris Lloyd, of Sarasota, sold her home at 444 S. Shore Drive to Salvatore and Barbara Giuffrida, of Mount Laurel, N.J., for $240,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2004.

NOKOMIS
Calusa Lakes
Buford and Terrylene Fraser, of Columbia, Mo., sold their home at 2011 White Feather Lane to Barry and Madelon Portugal, of Nokomis, for $343,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2008.
