 A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 6477 Gulfside LLC sold the home at 6477 Gulfside Road to Timothy and Mary Karen Peterson, of Longboat Key, for $4,475,000. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,862 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.3 million in 2016.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

Grace and John Masefield, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 801 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Leonard and Ginger Kaplan, of Longboat Key, for $3 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,237,500 in 2018.

Country Club Shores

Donald and Patricia Prudhomme, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 560 Putter Lane to KCDC Properties LLC for $2,995,000. Built in 2018, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,304 square feet of living area.

Emerald Harbor

Zoran and Jasna Kojic, of Windermere, sold their home at 6031 Emerald Harbor Drive to James Johnstone, of Longboat Key, for $1,523,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,432 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,725,000 in 2007.

Martha Di Trapano, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5555 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Hantz, of Southfield, Mich., for $1.25 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,828 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 1991.

Hayat Stein, of Birmingham, Mich., sold her Unit 1002 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Steven and Dawn Willoughby, of Longboat Key, for $1,195,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,903 square feet of living area. It sold for $1 million in 2009.

Marcia Seibald, trustee, sold the home at 603 Longboat Club Road to Jeffrey Newhouse and Kim Newhouse, trustees, of Aptos, Calif., for $955,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2008.

Enid Fleishman, trustee, and Norman Fleishman, of Hauppauge, N.Y., sold the Unit 412 condominium at 4545 Gulf of Mexico Drive to MPM Development LLC for $825,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It sold for $226,500 in 1987.

Richard Reibman, of Sarasota, and Joan Reibman, of Tallahassee, sold their home at 519 Blue Jay Place to Richard and Susan Goligoski, of Sarasota, for $815,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,967 square feet of living area. It sold for $530,000 in 2003.

Frank Gelman sold his home at 562 Bird Key Drive to Dockside Homes LLC for $725,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,662 square feet of living area.

Carolyn Wedekind, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 3-C condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nathan Frederick Farming & Leasing LLC for $580,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2011.

Harbour Villa Club at the Buccaneer

Lois Howe, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 308 condominium at 615 Dream Island Road to James and Tamara Mannelly, of Libertyville, Ill., for $570,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It sold for $435,000 in 2018.

Rosa and Steven Guglielmetti, of Washington, Mich., sold their Unit 5 condominium at 5611 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Crandall, of Washington, D.C., for $549,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in 2014.

Nikki and Timothy Spitzer, of New Port Richey, sold their Unit 23 condominium at 7095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Dawn Fiddler, of Morris, Conn., for $537,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $540,000 in 2017.

Brian and Carol Barker, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 36 condominium at 765 John Ringling Blvd. to Nazih and Loretta Haddad, of Sarasota, for $337,500. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It sold for $255,000 in 2012.

Marylin Wohlman sold her Unit 422 condominium at 2020 Harbourside Drive to Balbro Inc. for $320,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It sold for $160,000 in 1992.

Frank Calabrese and Leonora Galletti sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Gregory Bodkin, of Islip, N.Y., for $320,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,316 square feet of living area. It sold for $280,000 in 2015.

Longboat Harbour

Pamela Abbey, of Portland, Maine, sold her Unit 205 condominium at 4430 Exeter Drive to James and Regina Bradin, of Palmetto, for $273,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,000 in 2017.

Robert and Marie Munoz, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 105 condominium at 4310 Falmouth Drive to Clark Parrish, of Longboat Key, for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 747 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2008.

Louis Falcone Jr., trustee, of Milton, Mass., sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4360 Chatham Drive to Barbara and David Rowell, of St. Petersburg, for $206,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 667 square feet of living area. It sold for $170,000 in 2003.
