The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 11 and July 15. A condominium in Beach Villas at the Oasis tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard Heinrichs and Cheryl Gaddie, Sarasota, sold their Unit 312S2 condominium at 312 Calle Miramar to Klaus Fritsch, trustee, and Sergio Silveira, Chicago, for $1.375 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,236 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.914 million in 2008.

Derby Bay South
Ivo and Petra Travnicek, Sarasota, sold their Unit E-2 condominium at 1222 Derby Lane to Joseph and Claire Verruni, of Belmar, N.J., for $400,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,023 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2006.

Dearlinger
Richard Dear, Sarasota, sold his home at 110 Beach Road to Marc Lefton, trustee, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,116 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.51 million in 2004.

Fisherman’s Cove
Michelle Ciko, trustee, of Altamont, N.Y., sold the Unit 104 condominium at 9000 Blind Pass Road to Robert Roggio, trustee, Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2002.

Midnight Cove
Joseph Weil, of Beavercreek, Ohio, sold his Unit 314 condominium at 1700 Midnight Cove II Place to Tony and Sheila Polk, of Grapevine, Texas, for $275,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 1998.

Randy and Leslie Greenberg, of Buffalo Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 714 condominium at 6350 Midnight Cove Road to Victor and Irene Wasiliw, of Ontario, Canada, for $249,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-one-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2005.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Patrick Sullivan, of Ossian, Ind., sold his Unit 608 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Michael and Laurie Gregorio, of Palatine, Ill., for $270,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1999.
