Beach Residences condo sells for $3.75 million

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vicki James, trustee, of Auburn, Ind., sold the Unit 603 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to GMC Accommodation LLC for $3.75 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,861 square feet of living area. It  sold for $3.5 million in 2018.

Bird Key

Rohit and Joy Kirpalani, of Sarasota, sold their home at 224 Bird Key Drive to Unruh Bird Key Florida Investments LLC for $2.7 million. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,999 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,755,000 in 2019.

Barry Zitnick and Carol Rae Zitnick, trustees, sold the home at 229 Bird Key Drive to Sandeep Pisipati and Anupama Kripanidhi, of Sarasota, for $1,075,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,766 square feet of living area. It  sold for $750,000 in 2010.

Dream Island

Neal and Jennifer Horne, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 672 Dream Island Road to 672 D.I.R. LLC for $2.25 million. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,712 square feet of living area.

Orchid Beach Club Residences

Mullen Florida Real Estate LLC sold the Unit B903 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael and Mary Lee Granaghan, of Franklin, Tenn., for $2,055,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,936 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,525,000 in 2009.

Corey’s Landing

Leonard Berenfield, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the home at 3456 Mistletoe Lane to Michael and Sharon Cramer, of Longboat Key, for $1,595,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,773 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.45 million in 2017.

Rodney Nichols, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 405 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Melodie Oaks, trustee, of Cincinnati, for $1,575,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.5 million in 2018.

Country Club Shores

Ethna Lynch and Christine Lynch, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 548 Cutter Lane to 548 Cutter Lane LLC for $1.35 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,907 square feet of living area. It  sold for $287,000 in 1994.

Bay Isles

Alameg Holdings Inc. sold the home at 3322 Bayou Road to John and Cathy Intravia, of Longboat Key, for $1,312,500. Built in 1982, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,441 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.3 million in 2015.

Grand Bay

John and Maureen Gibson, of University Park, sold their Unit 334 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Myrna Blume, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1.3 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,365,000 in 2006.

John Ringling Estates

Bradley Harslem sold the home at 216 S. Boulevard of the Presidents to Susan Leonard, of Sarasota, for $910,000. Built in 1949, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet of living area. It  sold for $150,000 in 1993.

Jeffrey Gedonius and Donna Gedonius, trustees, of La Grange, Ill., sold two properties at 149 Cleveland Drive to 149 Cleveland Dr. LLC for $875,000. The first property was built in 1936, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,319 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1936, it has one bedroom, one bath and 410 square feet of living area. They  sold for $205,000 in 1995.

St. Armands Towers North

Janice Rutkowski, trustee, sold the Unit 66 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mark Strollo, of Sarasota, for $885,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It  sold for $875,000 in 2007.

The Beaches of Longboat Key

John and Rita Kennedy sold their Unit 605 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Suzanne Snyder, of Nashville, Tenn., for $830,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,602 square feet of living area. It  sold for $750,000 in 2014.

Longboat Sandpipers

John and Patricia Ann Egan, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 102 condominium at 5635 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Huckleberry Lane LLC for $715,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area. It  sold for $267,000 in 1982.

Sand Cay

Kathleen Glasder and James Carroll, trustees, of Cary, Ill., sold the Unit 109 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to SPE#222 LLC for $445,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It  sold for $69,900 in 1978.

Gary Bradley, trustee, of Blue Springs, Mo., sold the Unit 102-D condominium at 3330 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Artman, of Roswell, Ga., for $407,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet of living area. It  sold for $375,000 in 2007.

Lido Towers

Veronica Dascenzo, of Parrish, sold her Unit 302 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sheri Lynn Feeney and Peter Michael Feeney, of S. Portland, Maine, for $390,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It  sold for $137,000 in 1994.

Casa Del Mar

Scott and Katherine Fricke, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold their Unit 21 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Kelly, of Rocky River, Ohio, for $385,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It  sold for $215,000 in 2013.

Windward Bay

Steven and Barbara Keller sold their Unit PH-2 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael DiArchangel, of Wayne, N.J., for $374,700. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,096 square feet of living area. It  sold for $200,000 in 2000.

Sutton Place

John Winter, of Sarasota, sold his Unit V-7 condominium at 576 Sutton Place to Paul and karri Haffner, of Cincinnati, for $360,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,190 square feet of living area. It  sold for $103,500 in 1991.

Cedars East

Steven Schiz and Angela Clair Schiz, of Rye Brook, N.Y., sold their Unit 2 condominium at 603 Cedars Court to Michael Gordon and Mary Patricia Gordon, of Albany, Ohio, for $330,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,332 square feet of living area. It  sold for $220,000 in 2014.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Lisa Leone and Jennifer, of Ambler, Pa., sold their home at 739 El Centro to Louis and Geraldine Scopelliti, of Longboat Key, for $329,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,394 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2016.
