Beach Residences condo sells for $2.6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 17 and Nov. 21.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael and Margaret Musto, of Andover, Mass., sold their Unit 905 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Anthony and Eileen Massaro, of Sarasota, for $2.6 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2007.

Longboat Key Towers
Joanne Lewtas and Amy Lewtas, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit S-803 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Michael Berelowitz, of New York City, for $787,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,600 in 2010.

Sleepy Lagoon
Dennis Kern, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 730 Penfield St. to P.J. Marx, of Longboat Key, for $700,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,086 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2002.

Grand Bay
JN STARK LLC sold the Unit 542 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard Cain and Janice Cain, trustees, of Winter Haven, for $598,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $695,000 in 2004.

The Aquarius Club
David Michael, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 2-E condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 2432780 Ontario Inc. for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1997.

George and Fran Michaels, of Bonita Springs, sold their Unit 3-E condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 2432780 Ontario Inc. for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1997.

Richard Schubel, trustee, and Marjorie Whitson-Schubel, of Fort Myers, sold the Unit 4-B condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 2432780 Ontario Inc. for $475,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 1998.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Arline Michaels, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold her Unit 1302 condominium at 2161 Harbourside Drive to Norton and Judith Waterman, of Longboat Key, for $475,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1998.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Marilyn Green, of Southborough, Mass., sold her Unit 45 condominium at 861 Spanish Drive N. to Ronald Currie and Luann Marcero-Currie, of Algonac, Mich., for $282,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,500 in 1996.

Lido Key
Arlington House of Lido Harbour

Taylor Rosenfeld, trustee, sold the Unit PH-1 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to SWIC Real Estate LLC for $450,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2007.
