Bay Isles home sells for $3.5 million

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Neal Colton and Eric Felix, trustees, sold the home at 530 Harbor Gate Way to Bernard and Susan Ouimette, of Tucson, Ariz., for $3.5 million. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,011 square feet of living area.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Norman and Jeanne Winston sold their Unit 701 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LBK-HAZI LLC for $2,015,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, five baths and 3,400 square feet of living area.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
South Castle LLC sold the Unit 707 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Michael and Temple Brookshire, of Chattanooga, Tenn., for $1,935,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2011.

The Beach Residences
Ralph and Deborah Bradshaw, of Asheville, N.C., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Cynthia Thompson, trustee, of Tampa, for $1.55 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,019 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2014.

Bird Key
Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 111 S. Warbler Lane to Pat and Rene Dipinto, of Sarasota, for $1,213,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,471 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2007.

Lido Harbour South
Nelson and Marta Roy, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 401 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Thomas and Mary Weitzel, of Homer Glen, Ill., for $600,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2012.

Windward Bay
EB Property Group LLC sold the Unit 205 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Barbara Hyra, of Cambridge, Mass., for $415,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $272,500 in January.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Cynthia Cohen, trustee, of Deerfield, Ill., sold the Unit 617 condominium at 617 Bayport Way to Christopher and Deborah Van Baalen, of Bel Air, Md., for $410,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,900 in 1980.

Turtle Crawl
Ronald and Cheryl MacRitchie, trustees, sold the Unit T-304 condominium at 4235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sam Dickson, trustee, of Sarasota, for $385,0000. Built in 1973, it has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $358,500 in 2015.

Beach Harbor Club
Robert and Rita Stevens, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit A-205 condominium at 3802 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Nancy Bertling, of Indianapolis, for $248,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,007 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $226,000 in 2015.

Beach Harbor Club
David Howe and Wesley Howe, of British Columbia, Canada, sold their Unit C-306 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 380 Pleasant CPNJ LLC for $230,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,000 in 2004.
