The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 2 and Jan. 6.

A home in Bay Island Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Michael Matanky and Patricia Holgate sold their home at 733 Freeling Drive to David Shepherd, trustee, of Moberly, Mo., for $1.65 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,714 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2006.

Siesta Woods
Eric and Amy Magel, of Troy, Ohio, sold their home at 5125 Siesta Woods Drive to Patrick and Darbi Bossman, Sarasota, for $529,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004.

Harbour Towne
Susan Gohs, trustee, of Danville, Calif., sold the Unit 222 condominium at 1323 Dockside Place to Gregor Moe, of Buffalo, Minn., for $480,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,000 in 2008.

Sea Village
Kurt and Kathleen Lewis sold their Unit K-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Claudia Cannon, trustee, Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $679,000 in 2004.

Patricia Wardrup, Sarasota, sold her Unit P-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Mark Flannagan, Sarasota, for $270,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1990.

Jamaica Royale
John and Frances Hart, Sarasota, sold their Unit PH-3 condominium at 5830 Midnight Pass Road to Bethany and Darren Hipp, Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,040 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $115,000 in 1988.

Excelsior Beach to Bay
Stamar Realty Management Corp. sold the Unit 204 condominium at 6266 Midnight Pass Road to Benjamin and Patricia Thurston, Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,263 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1992.
Stamar Realty Management Corp. sold the Unit 307 condominium at 6267 Midnight Pass Road to Mark and Kristine Stuenkel, of South Lyon, Mich., for $340,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,500 in 1995.

Siesta Beach
Peter Arevalo, Sarasota, sold his home at 5018 Commonwealth Drive to Mandy LLC for $345,000. Built in 1954, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,739 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,500 in 1996.

Island Reef
Joan and Harry Schmidt, trustees, Sarasota, sold the Unit C-203 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Donnie and JoAnn Snedeker, University Park, for $335,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 1999.
