Bay Island properties sell for $7 million

A multiple-property sale in Bay Island tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Betsy Kane-Hartnett, Katherine Kane and Priscilla Kane Hellweg sold three properties at 539 Norsota Way to Cross Street Real Estate Services LLC, trustee, for $7 million. The first property was built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 8,964 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 888 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 1983, it has one bedroom, one bath and 336 square feet of living area. They  sold for $1,675,000 in 1989.

SARASOTA

Cherokee Park

Guyasuta Development Co. LP sold the home at 1623 North Drive to Joshua Weiner, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,215 square feet of living area.

bLKS Property LLC sold the Unit 1212 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Marc and Jennifer Bouchard, of Eden Prairie, Minn., for $1,825,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,472 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,696,400 in 2020.

Michael C. and Erica Calka and Michael J. and Mary Calka, of Dundee, Ill., sold their Unit 1019 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Charlotte Clark, of Sarasota, for $955,000. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,498 square feet of living area. It  sold for $899,000 in 2020.

Richard and Melinda Bezozo, of Warren, N.J., sold their Unit 1404 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to James and Virginia Ashton, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., for $1.8 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,754 square feet of living area. It  sold for $925,000 in 2011.

Holiday Harbor

Holiday House 7767 LLC sold the home at 7767 N. Holiday Drive to Colleen Konheim, of Sherman, Conn., for $1.75 million. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,776 square feet of living area. It  sold for $428,000 in 2017.

Kenneth Duncan, of Bradenton, sold his home at 1670 Bayview Drive to Debra Geihsler, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,725,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,763 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1 million in 2019.

William and Jacqueline Stavi-Raines, of Dallas, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 300 S. Pineapple Ave. to Edward Rosenthal and Berthe Betty Rosenthal, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2016, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,097 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1.25 million in 2020.

Bella Adams, trustee, of Fishkill, N.Y., sold the Unit 601 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Kathleen Barclay, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,105,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It  sold for $285,000 in 1983.

Helen Lotman and Frank Duane Tallman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1844 Goldenrod St. to George and Theresa Ann Iacono, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It  sold for $268,000 in 1999.

Stanford Holding LLC sold the home at 1643 Stanford Lane to Maryana Zilinskiy and Georgiy Zilinskiy, of Sarasota, for $1.07 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,077 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1001 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Irene Ross, of Sarasota, for $1,067,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It  sold for $715,500 in 2014.

Kyle Brandon Greer and Lindsay Louis McClelland, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1705 Worrington St. to Joseph Collado and Pamela Senopoulos Collado, of Sarasota, for $776,000. Jon Graf, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6346 Beechwood Ave. to Holly Nikolich, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,111 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2017.

Paula Atwell and Richard Joseph Charland, of Sarasota, sold their home at 401 N. Shore Drive to Joseph and Janis Peixoto, trustees, of Sarasota, for $528,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,616 square feet of living area. It  sold for $260,000 in 2010.

Lynn Miller, trustee, sold the Unit 405 condominium at 5591 Cannes Circle to Lee Li Xin and Youjia Liu Xin, of Wexford, Pa., for $365,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It  sold for $255,000 in 2010.

Michael John Pacini and Mischa Pacini, trustees, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1825 and 1827 Robinhood St. to Joseph Dean Borelli and Stacey Lianne Borelli, of Redmond, Ore., for $430,000. The property at 1825 was built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. The property at 1827 was built in 1950, it has one bedroom, one bath and 400 square feet of living area. They  sold for $350,000 in 2017.
