All Angels by the Sea Episcopal Church, 563 Bay Isles Road, will host a Life Line Screening event on Nov. 9.

Life Line Screening is the nation’s largest provider of community-based preventive screenings designed to help residents identify their risk of stroke, vascular disease and osteoporosis before the catastrophic effects of these conditions can occur. The conditions are considered “silent killers” because they often strike without warning. Symptoms are rarely present, and a simple screening may prevent death or disability.

Provided screenings will include carotid artery, abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease, osteoporosis and atrial fibrillation.

To pre-register for a screening, contact Life Line Screening by calling 800-324-9458.
