By day, I am a professional ballet dancer, while at night I alternate between teaching teens the true torture of pointe shoes and helping hot moms burn off calories and burn up the dance floor! I stay caffeinated and cool by being co-owner of a motorcycle-and-espresso bar with my husband, who handles everything from the European-style coffee to the Japanese-style crotch rockets.
