Campers celebrate Christmas in July with Mattison's Chef Camp

Mattison's Forty-One Chef Camp breaks down advanced pastry for campers.

There are still five months until Christmas, but campers at Mattison's Forty-One Chef Camp in the advanced pastry session were able to celebrate early. Campers spent a week preparing pies, gingerbread cookies, chocolate truffles and peanut butter balls for a dessert feast with parents on the final day.
