East County - Homebuilder shows economy on rise

Neal Communities has filled eight new positions at its Lakewood Ranch headquarters.
New hires include Greg Smith, director of information technology; Dennis LaPlant, IT support specialist; Betsy Krutzig, new home sales representative at Mandalay; Mike Kramer as estimator/new product development; Christina Raciti, staff accountant, Dina Beneett, assistant to the vice president of design; Sheri Roca, design consultant; and Maryann Grgic, public relations assistant.
“We are pleased to be able to bring this terrific group of new employees on board,” company President Pat Neal said. “They each play a role in our ongoing growth and expansion. We are committed to enhancing our company that is contributing to the overall good of this community.”
Neal Communities has sold nearly 300 homes in 2009.
