Carolyn Rawlings, Bradenton, sold her home at 4739 Starboard Drive to Timothy and Jayne Healy, Bradenton, for $394,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,037 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $493,000 in 2002.

Charles and Ann Proctor sold their home at 5696 Country Lakes Drive to Paul and Barbara Harrison, Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,906 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1996.
