George and Charlotte Hawley, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Margaret Ellin, trustee, for $1.6 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2006.

Barbara-Renee Brighenti, trustee, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 1541 Oak St. to Janis Krums, of Sarasota, for $552,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $910,000 in 2007.

One Watergate
Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the Unit 2A condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Donald and Dorothy Roettele, of Sarasota, for $249,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,577 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $417,000 in 2004.

Bayview
David Kramer sold his home at 1741 Siesta Drive to Nicholas Hughes, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2003.

Winifred Barker, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 1350 N. Portofino Drive to Sonya Hawley and James Hawley, trustees, for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $39,000 in 1971.
