The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 19 and Nov. 23.

A condominium in Whispering Sands tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard Piccolo, of New York, sold his Unit 406 condominium at 20 Whispering Sands Drive to Thyrza Jacocks, trustee, of Sarasota, for $764,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1994.

Siesta Isles
Mary Duffy, trustee, of New Canaan, Conn., sold the home at 5585 Contento Drive to Joseph and Lovely Philip, of Winnetka, Ill., for $665,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1992.

Casa Blanca
Jeri Davidoff sold her Unit 306 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to James Shaw III and Ann Davis, trustees, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area.

Siesta Harbor
Joseph and Audrey Mock, of Mentor, Ohio, sold their Unit 64 condominium at 1257 S. Portofino Drive to Michael and Doreen McAuliffe, of Upton, Mass., for $265,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 1992.
