The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 19 and Nov. 23.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jason and Sheryl Okuhara sold their home at 7505 Royal Valley Court to Donald Cofield and Sharon Cofield, trustees, of Bloomington, Ind., for $845,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,588 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Jeffrey and Camilla Wenger, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13642 Legends Walk Terrace to John Zelis, of Clearwater, for $575,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,069 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Richard and Arlene Bishop, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4734 Starboard Drive to John and Patricia Brady, of Belle Mead, N.J., for $555,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,811 square feet of living area.

Richmond Park
Sherril Morse, of University Park, sold her home at 8109 Collingwood Court to Brian and Victoria Eckl, of Sarasota, for $499,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2007.

Rosedale Highlands
Arelene Selman, trustee, and Murray Selman, of Sandy Springs, Ga., sold the home at 4911 96th St. E. to Bruce and Marie Silverman, of Westminster, Md., for $450,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,879 square feet of living area.

Edgewater Village
IPE1031 REV101 LLC sold their home at 6617 Nautical Drive to William Musgrave and Mercedes Davis, of Savannah, Ga., for $425,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in May.

Mill Creek
Jay and Karla Cameron, of Bradenton, sold their home at 2314 141st St. E. to Walter Combs and Angela Combs, of Lakewood Ranch, for $369,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,876 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,800 in 2006.

David and Diane Roehr, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13914 18th Place E. to Josh Diggs, of Tampa, for $275,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,209 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $599,000 in 2006.

The Links at Palm-Aire
Gino and Sally Giampietro sold their home at 7417 Links Court to Robert and Shirley Kelly, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,248 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
Mark and Renee Zigich sold their home at 6715 Tumbleweed Trail to Edward and Lynn Flynn, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $336,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $331,200 in 2004.

Bank of America sold the home at 11115 Pine Lilly Place to Elizabeth Ferraris, of Bradenton, for $269,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $417,000 in February.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Michael and Patricia Crawford, of Crozet, Va., sold their home at 8605 51st Terrace E. to Stephen and Stacie Eckhold, of Brighton, Mich., for $285,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2009.

Tara
Arthur and Laurie Benson, of Monoa, Wis., sold their home at 6911 Drewrys Bluff to Larry and Mary Bailey, of Kingsport, Tenn., for $275,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2004.

Winding River
SunTrust Mortgage Inc. sold the home at 14012 11th Terrace N.E. to THR Florida LLC for $275,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,202 square feet of living area.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
Route Twelve Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 49 condominium at 8244 Miramar Way to Andrew Salzberg, of Bradenton, for $272,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $272,200 in 2011.

Riverwalk Village
Marta Calabrese sold her home at 7127 Bluebell Court to David and Barbara Wolf, of Bradenton, for $253,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,073 square feet of living area.

Greyhawk Landing
Harry and Laraine Hilgeman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12404 Aster Ave. to Randall Shaw, of Bradenton, for $247,800. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2005.

John and Donna Houk, of Bradenton, sold their home at 255 Dahlia Court to Donald and Rebecca Wence, of Bradenton, for $239,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2006.

Coach Homes I at River Strand
Elsa Consulting LLC sold the Unit 603 condominium at 8012 Grand Estuary Trail to Silkeborg LLC for $232,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2011.

George and Lou Anne Bigaouette, of Clifton Park, N.Y., sold their home at 11864 Grandview Drive to Jim and Michele Singsime, of Parrish, for $317,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,587 square feet of living area.

Harrison Ranch
Donald and Karyna Shandor, of Parrish, sold their home at 5773 99th Ave. Circle E. to Sylvia Grimsley, of Parrish, for $221,300. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,742 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,300 in 2007.
