Longboat Key - Two-bedroom L'Ambiance condo sells for $1,675,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 19 and Nov. 23.
A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Heluan Properties LLC sold the Unit C-603 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Linda Schneider, trustee, of Pepper Pike, Ohio, for $1,675,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 1998.
The Privateer North
Jerry and Kim Belisle, of Plainfield, Ill., sold their Unit 801 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Michael and Rae Blazer, of Pueblo, Colo., for $579,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2002.
Parsons LLC sold the Unit 704 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Michael and Karen Demeo, of Wellesley, Mass., for $395,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,000 in 2003.
Longbeach
Paul and Lisa Snyder, of Tampa, sold their home at 600 Fox St. to Mary Moran and Diane Moran, trustees, of Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,500 in 1995.
Islander Club of Longboat Key
Robert Thaler and Adam Thaler, of Sicklerville, N.J., sold their Unit 54-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Pamela Schneider, of Goshen, Ind., for $315,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area.
Windward Bay
Joseph Gallagher and Bethann Powers, of Downingtown, Pa., sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to E.L. Abreu-Gonzalez LLC for $260,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,100 in 2009.

Lido Regency
John and Valerie Duval sold their Unit 11-E condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Samuel Nickols, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2000.
