The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 18 and Nov. 22.

A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sand-Ral Inc. sold the Unit 156 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Costello Family Ltd. Partnership for $1.25 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Marina Bay
John and Arlene Gill, of Osprey, sold their Unit 131 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to R. Bonnie Haber and Sven Mohr, of Longboat Key, for $1 million. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 1999.

Country Club Shores
Richard and Sylvia Gilliam, of Sarasota, sold their home at 580 Wedge Lane to Douglas and Joan Danko, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., for $875,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,295,000 in 2005.

LBK Schooner 572 LLC sold the home at 572 Schooner Lane to Charles Nechtem for $780,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2004.

Longbeach on Longboat Key
Ingeborg Krieger, trustee, sold the home at 718 Linley St. to George and Ellen Featherstone, of Longboat Key, for $710,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,961 square feet of living area.

Beachplace
FGI-Oser Avenue Associates LP sold the Unit 405 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Elizabeth Reardon, of Southold, N.Y., for $608,700. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 1997.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Agnes Peterson, of Stamford, Conn., sold her Unit 204 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dorothy Beemsterboer, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $432,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in February.

Windward Bay
C. James and Penny Burmeister, of Venice, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to The La Dulce Vida Revocable Trust for $400,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.

Susan Elliott, trustee, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lindsey Fisher and Catherine Glendon-Fisher, of New York, for $300,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,000 in 1993.

Federal National Mortgage Association sold the Unit PH-1 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Anne-Marie Wells, of Longboat Key, for $227,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,700 in May.

Longboat Arms
John and Jodi Sittig sold their Unit 104-C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gerald Fernandez and Barbara Dietz, of Longboat Key, for $239,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2004.

Longboat Harbour
George and Susan Duditch sold their Unit 106 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Robert and Georgeanne Gregory, of Malvern, Pa., for $239,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.

ST. ARMANDS
John Ringling Estates

Vienna & Naples Inc. sold the home at 44 S. Washington Drive to William and Jane Knapp, of Sarasota, for $810,000. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,184 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2009.

Judith Weisser, of Sarasota, sold her home at 712 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Camille Schwabe, of Sarasota, for $480,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $377,000 in 2010.

BIRD KEY
David Cohn, trustee, sold the home at 510 Blue Jay Place to Arlene Rubin and Vicki Pollard, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,312 square feet of living area.
