East County - Local Realtor earns international award

Toastmasters International tipped their glasses to East County Realtor Michelle Crabtree, who recently completed the organization’s competent leadership manual and now has been awarded the organization's Competent Leaders award.
The Toastmaster’s program provides leadership skills in areas such as critical thinking, time management, planning and implementation, facilitation and team building, among others.
Crabtree, a Realtor with Michael Saunders and a third generation Sarasota, has been a member of Toastmasters since 2000.
She been a licensed real estate broker since 1981 and currently serves as a director on the Sarasota Board of Realtors.

The Northern Trust Co. and Gordon Holmes, trustees, of Naples sold the home at 3332 Gulfmead Drive to Sam Norton, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,084 square feet of living area.
