A condominium in Tangerine Bay Club tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Elaine Hargarten, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold her Unit 131 condominium at 340 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Weinstein and Clare Villari, of Newton, Mass., for $1,275,000.

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 5 and Nov. 9.

Elaine Hargarten, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold her Unit 131 condominium at 340 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Weinstein and Clare Villari, of Newton, Mass., for $1,275,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.26 million in 2010.

Murray and Claire Brinn sold their Unit G6-101-B condominium at 1955 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Phillip and Almedie Knight, of Crestwood, Ky., for $323,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $92,500 in 1978.
