A home in Greenbrook Village tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Heather Weber sold their home at 13320 Swallowtail Drive to Anthony and Diane Shaw, Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,786 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,200 in 2004.

Pomello Park
Laura McEvoy, Osprey, sold her home at 21617 67th Ave. E. to Andrew and Kathy Overmyer, Bradenton, for $387,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,809 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,900 in 2001.

Virginia Water
Jack and Barbara Hunter, Cincinnati, sold their home at 6721 Virginia Crossings to Natalie Hamilton, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2001.

Country Creek
Jody and Helen Kielbasa sold their home at 14104 First Ave. E. to Erick and Chris-Ann Phelps, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,471 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2004.

Paul Robinson and Sandra Robinson sold their home at 309 147th St. E. to Argyre and Themis Zapantis, Bradenton, for $333,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area.

Brenda Hoy sold her home at 335 Bow Lane to David Hair, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2005.

Joseph and Paula Tolbert of Kokomo, Ind., sold their unit 403 condominium at 8004 Grand Estuary Trail to John and Jamie Russell, Bradenton, for $277,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $301,000 in 2007.

Farrell Acres
Gary and Donna Farrell, Bradenton, sold their home at 2615 37th St. E. to William and Darcie Bethea, Palmetto, for $250,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,923 square feet of living area.

River Wilderness
Larry and Diane Winegar, Bradenton, sold their home at 2405 Chardonnay Terrace to Dan and Cecilia Kumarich, Parrish, for $245,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,500 square feet of living area.

Lexington
Wells Fargo Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 5818 Lexington Drive to Jeffrey and Opal Durham, Parrish, for $230,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,735 square feet of living area.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Melissa Bukovina, University Park, sold her home at 6167 Palomino Circle to Charles and Barbara Snyder, University Park, for $205,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2004.
