Nine Prudential Palms Realty sales associates have been accepted as members of RISMedia’s Top 5 in Real Estate Network.
Agents named to the network are Pam Charron, Ian Cutmore, Julie Cutmore, Greg Hudson, Sara LaPlante, Diana Michel, Carla Rayman, Jim Soda and Pat Tan.
Members of the network are selected and managed by RISMedia. Selection is based on performance, educational and professional skills, and customer service. Membership is limited geographically based on local area population.
Prudential Palms Realty also was honored with a Quality Service Certification Inc. “Qe Award” for customer service in September.

The Northern Trust Co. and Gordon Holmes, trustees, of Naples sold the home at 3332 Gulfmead Drive to Sam Norton, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 1970, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,084 square feet of living area. -

A condominium in Vizcaya at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Deborah Cook and Victor Cook Jr., trustees, of Columbus, Ohio, sold the Unit 2E2 condominium at 2377 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank and Katherine Martucci, of Ancramdale, N.Y., for $1,987,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,320,000 in 2005.
