Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.1 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 18-23.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Janice, Christopher, and Joseph Dawso sold the home at 7443 Mizner Reserve Court to Patricia Chatham, Bradenton, for $1.1 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $913,000 in 2006.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Bank of America NA sold the home at 10314 Riverbank Terrace to Joe and Melinda Mays, Bradenton, for $950,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,127 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Scott and Jennifer McClain, Sarasota, sold their home at 7532 Rigby Court to Vincent and Janis O’Brien, Bradenton, for $725,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,377 square feet of living area.

Richmond Park
Susan and Edward Campbell sold their home at 8176 Collingwood Court to Iorwerth and Anne Pickford, University Park, for $792,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,234 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Capital One NA sold the home at 7534 Camden Harbour Drive to Dean and Jennifer Lambert, Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in March.

Jill Johnston, Sarasota, sold her home at 8656 Stone Harbour Loop to Ronald and Doris Franke, Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,951 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $364,700 in 2004.

Country Creek
Terry and Dana Townson, Bradenton, sold their home at 222 147th St. N.E. to Alfred and Leann Ouellette, Bradenton, for $347,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,508 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $316,400 in 2004.

Planters Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Lowell Shoaf and Lynn Sondreal of Woodbury, Minn., sold their home at 672 Planters Manor Way to Parrish Guido, Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,480 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the unit 7967 condominium at 7967 Tybee Court to Cheryl Martin, University Park, for $282,700. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,653 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
George and Gayleen Ousley of Columbia, Mo., sold their home at 250 River Enclave Court to Richard and Kim Williams, Bradenton, for $252,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,642 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,000 in 20084.

Riverwalk Village Cypress Banks
Daniel and Susan O’Brien sold their home at 7143 Spikerush Court to Joseph and Jolene LaPlaca, Bradenton, for $200,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,300 in 2001.
