The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 15 and Oct. 19.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Louis and Diane Schultz sold their home at 250 Bird Key Drive to Ann Koppang, of Sarasota, for $2.05 million. Built in 1973, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2001.

Country Club Shores
Leo and Peggy Latini sold their home at 541 Bowspirit Lane to Stephen Madva and Denise Creedon, of Philadelphia, for $1,475,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,290 square feet of living area.

Lido
Robert and Lisa Benson sold their home at 336 Morningside Drive to Alan and Linda Stewart, of Gladgow, Scotland, for $1,425,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,000 in 1998.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Lee Ross, trustee, and Jerold Ross, of Sarasota, sold the Unit B-506 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Moss Investments Inc. for $1.2 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 1996.

Grand Bay
Henry Jacobs sold his Unit 332 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Deborah Leschot and Carla Wise, of Longboat Key, for $805,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,143 square feet of living area.

Tiffany Plaza
Robert and Phyllis Redmond, of Minneapolis, sold their Unit 408 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to RBJM LLC for $515,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,411 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1980.

Key Towers South
George and Norma Benson, trustees, of Muncie, Ind., sold the Unit 11-B condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mazen Beshara and Mary Abdulky, of Manlius, N.Y., for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1997.

Sand Cay
Paula Brooks, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to ZBARON LLC for $360,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $171,000 in 1988.

Longboat Harbour
Robert and Angela Alfano, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold their Unit 304 condominium at 4440 Exeter Drive to Cynthia McCauley, of Winter Park, for $284,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,900 in 1999.

Cabana Beach Club
Gary Heckman and Katherine Hall sold their Unit 9 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Agnes Peterson, of Stamford, Conn., for $280,000. Built in 2001, it has one bedroom, one bath and 793 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.
