+ Soda accepted as member of real estate network
Prudential Palms Realty sales associate Jim Soda has been accepted as a member of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network.
Members of the network are selected and managed by RISMedia. Selection is based on performance, educational and professional skills and customer service.
“Jim has reached the very highest level of North America’s residential real-estate industry,” said Allan Dalton, president and co-founder of RISMedia’s Top 5 network, in a prepared statement. “Not only are his professional accomplishments extraordinary, he has long been a true champion for homebuyers and sellers in his area.”
Soda has experience working with luxury properties, short sales, foreclosures and first-time homebuyers, in addition to waterfront condominiums and golf-course developments. He is a member of the Jim Soda Group, which also includes his wife, Donna, Toni and Randy Huartson, Kelly Zoller and Judy Dumas.
+ Chatt graduates from Realtor Leadership Academy
Lawrence Chatt, general manager of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island Inc., has graduated from the Florida Realtor Leadership Academy. Chatt was one of 12 Florida Realtors to be selected for the program.
