+ Soda accepted as member of real estate network
Prudential Palms Realty sales associate Jim Soda has been accepted as a member of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network.
Members of the network are selected and managed by RISMedia. Selection is based on performance, educational and professional skills and customer service.

Soda has experience working with luxury properties, short sales, foreclosures and first-time homebuyers, in addition to waterfront condominiums and golf-course developments. Lawrence Chatt, general manager of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island Inc., has graduated from the Florida Realtor Leadership Academy. Chatt was one of 12 Florida Realtors to be selected for the program.
