The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Oct. 8 and Oct. 12.

A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Emma Calvo, of Sarasota, sold her home at 5418 Avenida Del Mare to Sean and Stacey O’Meara, of Sarasota, for $720,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1996.

Siesta’s Bayside
James and Melissa Protigal, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4520 Woodside Road to Paula Stein, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,641 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2007.

Harbour Towne
Steve Tino and Robert Peters sold their Unit 101 condominium at 1201 Dockside Place to Timothy and Michelle Lea, of Lakewood Ranch, for $455,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2010.

Crescent Arms
Leonard and Phyllis Walek, of Elma, N.Y., sold their Unit 16 condominium at 6308 Midnight Pass Road to Lloyd Yazbek and Linda Yazbek, trustees, of Boardman, Ohio, for $425,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2004. 

Sunset Royale
Robert Hering, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 116 condominium at 711 Beach Road to Malec Mokraoui and Zahia Mokraoui, trustees, of Danville, Ill., for $420,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 927 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $388,000 in 2001.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Jane McCue-Louvett, personal representative, of Warwick, R.I., sold the Unit PH29 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Robert and Eileen Damante, of Hewlett, N.Y., for $360,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1990.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Christian Jacks, trustee, of New York, sold the Unit 531 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Peter and Grace Plescia, of Sarasota, for $287,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1996.

Lake Rittwood
Deutsche Bank, trustee, sold the home at 4809 Ocean Blvd. to Viktor Mitic, of Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1980, it has five bedrooms, six baths and 3,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,700 in January.
