Diane Lee and Cyndi Myers, formerly of Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty, have joined Wagner Realty in anticipation of a new Wagner branch in the East County.
Lee has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate divisions of national companies, including Verizon, Jones Lang LaSalle and CLW Real Estate Services Group. For the past seven years, she has served as vice president of leasing for LWR Commercial Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch.
Myers has been a licensed Realtor for 17 years, working in both residential and commercial real estate. Before moving to the area, she worked with her husband in his general contracting business for 20 years. She joined LWR Realty in 2002.
Together, Lee and Myers participated in the leasing and sales of more than 500,000 square feet of space in Lakewood Ranch.
They join the 30 commercial agents in Wagner Realty’s Commercial Investment Division. Until the new Lakewood Ranch is open, they can be reached at the State Road 64 East office, 741-2500.
