Lake Club home sells for $950,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 24-27.

A home in The Lake Club tops all the transactions in this week’s real estate. Lee Wetherington Homes Inc. sold the home at 16015 Foremast Place to Kenneth and Katina Shanahan, Lakewood Ranch, for $950,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-two-half-baths, a pool and 5,181 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Robert and Jennifer Mencinsky, Bradenton, sold their home at 13935 Wood Duck County Road to John and Karen Moran, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $388,600 in 2003.

Hampton Green
James and Jan Kunz sold their home at 7936 Hampton Court to Anthony and Emily Collins, University Park, for $350,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $386,500 in 2004.

Charleston Pointe
John and Michelle Ferretti, University Park, sold their home at 8114 Spring Marsh Drive to Mark and Elyse Gordon, University Park, for $320,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,700 in 2003.

Mill Creek
John Cavallaro, Bradenton, sold his home at 14404 18th Place E. to Clark and Kathleen Hannant, Bradenton, for $306,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,677 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2005.

Daniel and Jennifer Vigne, Bradenton, sold their home at 634 137th St. N.E. to Dale and Kelley Fiedler, Bradenton, for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2005.

Riverdale Revised
Investment Service Inc. sold the home at 183 Americas Cup Blvd. to Michael and Elizabeth Kalfsbeck, Bradenton, for $249,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,659 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Ronald and Deanne Montalbano of Ticonderoga, N.Y., sold their home at 12831 Daisy Place to Anan and Lisa Ragoonanan, Bradenton, for $220,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,305 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2006.
